Mindantic LLC is a technology company that builds software and AI-powered products focused on human-centered outcomes, including health, productivity, and digital experience tools.
These Terms apply to:
- The Mindantic website
- diablyst, a diabetes lifestyle and self-care management application
- UpLayer, a business and product AI automation platform
- PiUI, a design system and UI/UX engineering framework
- Any future products or services operated by Mindantic, unless separate terms are provided
Certain products may have additional terms or policies that supplement these Terms.
Eligibility and Use
You may use our services only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and are at least 13 years of age. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Product-Specific Disclaimers
diablyst
diablyst is intended to support lifestyle management and self-care for people living with diabetes. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Information provided by diablyst should not replace professional medical guidance. Users are responsible for consulting qualified healthcare professionals regarding medical decisions.
UpLayer
UpLayer provides AI-assisted automation and insights for business and product workflows. Outputs generated by UpLayer are intended to assist, not replace, human judgment. Users remain responsible for decisions made using the platform.
PiUI
PiUI provides design system resources, UI components, and engineering tooling. It is offered “as is” and should be evaluated and tested by users before production use.
Intellectual Property
All content, software, trademarks, designs, and materials provided through Mindantic services are owned by or licensed to Mindantic unless otherwise stated.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use our services for their intended purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of our services without prior written permission.
